1 Title

This order is the Financial Reporting Amendment Order 2007.

2 Commencement

This order comes into force on 1 July 2007.

3 Principal order amended

This order amends the Financial Reporting Order 1994.

4 Fees and penalties

Clause 5(1) is amended by omitting “$100” and substituting “$250”.

Clause 5(2) is amended by omitting “$100” and substituting “$250”.

Explanatory note

This note is not part of the order, but is intended to indicate its general effect.

This order, which comes into force on 1 July 2007, increases the fee payable for registering financial statements under section 18 or 19 of the Financial Reporting Act 1993 from $100 to $250.
