Ombudsmen Act (Schedule 1) Order 2007: revoked, on 1 July 2010, by clause 4 of the Ombudsmen Act (Schedule 1—New Zealand Food Safety Authority) Order 2010 (SR 2010/92).

Preamble
At Wellington this 18th day of June 2007
Pursuant to section 32 of the Ombudsmen Act 1975, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting on the advice and with the consent of the Executive Council, makes the following order.
1 Title
This order is the Ombudsmen Act (Schedule 1) Order 2007.
2 Commencement
This order comes into force on 1 July 2007.
3 Part 1 of Schedule 1 of Ombudsmen Act 1975 amended
Part 1 of Schedule 1 of the Ombudsmen Act 1975 is amended by inserting the following item in its appropriate alphabetical order:
New Zealand Food Safety Authority
4 Part 2 of Schedule 1 of Ombudsmen Act 1975 amended
The item relating to the New Zealand Food Safety Authority in Part 2 of Schedule 1 of the Ombudsmen Act 1975 is omitted.
