1 Title

This notice is the Fisheries (Appointment of Commercial Fisheries Services Limited as Place for Receipt of Returns) Notice 2007.

2 Commencement

This notice comes into force on 24 August 2007.

3 Returns and information to which notice applies

In this notice, returns—
- (a) means all of the kinds of returns referred to in regulation 4 of the Fisheries (Reporting) Regulations 2001 (SR 2001/188); and
- (b) includes all returns of that kind that are approved by the chief executive under section 296(1) of the Fisheries Act 1996 to be transmitted electronically.

4 Place where returns and other information must be provided or received

The place for the provision or receipt of returns and other information is the offices of Commercial Fisheries Services Limited (trading as FishServe) located at Level 6, Eagle Technology House, 135 Victoria Street, Wellington. The postal address is PO Box 297 Wellington, and the website address is www.fishserve.co.nz .

5 Revocation

The Fisheries (Appointment of Commercial Fisheries Services Limited as Place for Receipt of Returns) Notice 2002 (SR 2002/130) is revoked.
