Note
This notice is administered by the Ministry of Fisheries.
Pursuant to sections 13 and 14 of the Fisheries Act 1996, the Minister of Fisheries gives the following notice.
Contents
1 Title
This notice is the Fisheries (Total Allowable Catches) Notices Amendment Notice 2007.
2 Commencement
This notice comes into force on 30 September 2007.
3 Outdated references removed from various Fisheries (Total Allowable Catches) Notices
-
(1) The Fisheries (Total Allowable Catch) Notice (No 2) 1997 is amended by omitting from the Schedule the items set out in Schedule 1 of this notice.
(2) The Fisheries (Total Allowable Catches) Notice (No 2) 1998 is amended by omitting from the Schedule the items set out in Schedule 2 of this notice.
(3) The Fisheries (Total Allowable Catches) Notice 1999 is amended by omitting from the Schedule the items set out in Schedule 3 of this notice.
(4) The Fisheries (Total Allowable Catches) Notice 2000 is amended by omitting from the Schedule the items set out in Schedule 4 of this notice.

Explanatory note
This note is not part of the notice, but is intended to indicate its general effect.
This notice, which comes into force on 30 September 2007, removes outdated references to total allowable catches for certain fishstocks set in 4 different Fisheries (Total Allowable Catches) Notices. The removed references have all been superseded by new total allowable catches set under the Fisheries Act 1996 by various notices in the Gazette.
