Fisheries (Cost Recovery Levies for Conservation Services) Order 2006: revoked, on 1 October 2007, pursuant to clause 9 of the Fisheries (Cost Recovery Levies for Conservation Services) Order 2007 (SR 2007/245).

This order is the Fisheries (Cost Recovery Levies for Conservation Services) Amendment Order 2007.

2 Commencement

This order comes into force on 1 April 2007.

3 Principal order amended

This order amends the Fisheries (Cost Recovery Levies for Conservation Services) Order 2006.

4 Application

This order applies in respect of levies that become payable on or after the commencement of this order.

5 New Schedule substituted

The Schedule is revoked and the Schedule set out in the Schedule of this order is substituted.
