Pursuant to section 2 of the Sentencing Council Act 2007, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting on the advice and with the consent of the Executive Council, makes the following order.
1 Title
This order is the Sentencing Council Act 2007 Commencement Order 2007.
2 Commencement of Sentencing Council Act 2007
The Sentencing Council Act 2007 comes into force on 1 November 2007.
