Pursuant to section MF 7(1)(d) of the Income Tax Act 2007, Her Excellency the Administrator of the Government, acting on the advice and with the consent of the Executive Council, makes the following order.

Order
1 Title
This order is the Income Tax (Minimum Family Tax Credit) Order 2011.
2 Commencement
This order comes into force on 1 April 2012.
3 Increase of prescribed amount in formula for minimum family tax credit

(1) The amount appearing as an item in the formula for the minimum family tax credit in section ME 1(3)(a) of the Income Tax Act 2007 is increased to $22,568.
(2) Subclause (1) applies in respect of the 2012–13 tax year.
Clause 3(2): amended, on 1 April 2013, by clause 4(2) of the Income Tax (Minimum Family Tax Credit) Order 2012 (SR 2012/325).
4 Amendment to Income Tax (Minimum Family Tax Credit) Order 2010
Clause 3(2) of the Income Tax (Minimum Family Tax Credit) Order 2010 is amended by omitting
“and later tax years”
.
5 Income Tax (Family Tax Credit) Order 2007 revoked
The Income Tax (Family Tax Credit) Order 2007 (SR 2007/349) is revoked.
6 Income Tax (Minimum Family Tax Credit) Order 2008 revoked
The Income Tax (Minimum Family Tax Credit) Order 2008 (SR 2008/384) is revoked.
