Preamble
At Wellington this 3rd day of December 2007
Pursuant to section 2(1) of the Companies Amendment Act (No 2) 2006, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting on the advice and with the consent of the Executive Council, makes the following order.
1 Title
This order is the Companies Amendment Act (No 2) 2006 Commencement Order (No 2) 2007.
2 Commencement of section 16(3) of Companies Amendment Act (No 2) 2006
Section 16(3) of the Companies Amendment Act (No 2) 2006 comes into force on 29 February 2008.

Explanatory note
This note is not part of the order, but is intended to indicate its general effect.
The Companies Amendment Act (No 2) 2006 came into force in 2006 with the exception of the provisions listed in section 2(1) of that Act, which were to come into force by Order in Council. The Companies Amendment Act (No 2) 2006 Commencement Order 2007 has already brought all the remaining provisions except section 16(3) into force. This order now brings the only remaining provision, section 16(3), into force on 29 February 2008.
