Preamble
At Wellington this 23rd day of January 2007
Pursuant to section 218 of the Land Transport Act 1998, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting on the advice and with the consent of the Executive Council, makes the following order.
1 Title
This order is the Passenger Service Vehicle Construction Regulations Revocation Order 2007.
2 Commencement
This order comes into force on 1 March 2007.
3 Revocation
The Passenger Service Vehicle Construction Regulations 1978 (SR 1978/15) are revoked.

Explanatory note
This note is not part of the order, but is intended to indicate its general effect.
This order, which comes into force on 1 March 2007, revokes the Passenger Service Vehicle Construction Regulations 1978 as a consequence of the Land Transport Rule: Heavy-vehicle Brakes 2006 (32015) coming into force.
Issued under the authority of the Acts and Regulations Publication Act 1989.
