Civil Aviation Amendment Act 2004 Commencement Order 2007: revoked, on 5 April 2025, pursuant to section 487 of the Civil Aviation Act 2023 (2023 No 10).

At Wellington this 26th day of March 2007

Pursuant to section 2(1) of the Civil Aviation Amendment Act 2004, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting on the advice and with the consent of the Executive Council, makes the following order.

This order is the Civil Aviation Amendment Act 2004 Commencement Order 2007.

2 Commencement of certain provisions of Civil Aviation Amendment Act 2004

Explanatory note

This note is not part of the order, but is intended to indicate its general effect.

This order brings the remaining provisions of the Civil Aviation Amendment Act 2004 into force on 30 March 2007. Those provisions relate principally to ANZA mutual recognition agreements.

Issued under the authority of the Legislation Act 2019.
