Pursuant to section 2 of the Insolvency (Cross-border) Act 2006, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting on the advice and with the consent of the Executive Council, makes the following order.

1 Title
This order is the Insolvency (Cross-border) Act Commencement Order 2008.
2 Commencement of Insolvency (Cross-border) Act 2006
The Insolvency (Cross-border) Act 2006 comes into force on 24 July 2008.
