Pursuant to section 2 of the New Zealand Geographic Board (Ngā Pou Taunaha o Aotearoa) Act 2008, Her Excellency the Administrator of the Government, acting on the advice and with the consent of the Executive Council, makes the following order.

This order is the New Zealand Geographic Board (Ngā Pou Taunaha o Aotearoa) Act Commencement Order 2008.
2 Commencement of New Zealand Geographic Board (Ngā Pou Taunaha o Aotearoa) Act 2008
The New Zealand Geographic Board (Ngā Pou Taunaha o Aotearoa) Act 2008 (except sections 32 and 33) comes into force on 1 November 2008.
