Pursuant to section 328 of the Injury Prevention, Rehabilitation, and Compensation Act 2001, Her Excellency the Administrator of the Government, acting on the advice and with the consent of the Executive Council, makes the following regulations.

1 Title
These regulations are the Injury Prevention, Rehabilitation, and Compensation (Review Costs and Appeals) Amendment Regulations 2008.
2 Commencement
These regulations come into force on 17 October 2008.
3 Principal regulations amended
These regulations amend the Injury Prevention, Rehabilitation, and Compensation (Review Costs and Appeals) Regulations 2002.
4 New Schedule 1 substituted
Schedule 1 is revoked and the Schedule 1 set out in the Schedule of these regulations substituted.

Explanatory note
This note is not part of the regulations, but is intended to indicate their general effect.
These regulations, which come into force on 17 October 2008, substitute a new Schedule 1 in the Injury Prevention, Rehabilitation, and Compensation (Review Costs and Appeals) Regulations 2002. Schedule 1 prescribes a scale of costs and expenses on a review for the purposes of section 148 of the Injury Prevention, Rehabilitation, and Compensation Act 2001.
