1 Title

This notice is the Fisheries (Total Allowable Catch) Notice (No 2) 1997 Amendment Notice 2009.

2 Commencement

This notice comes into force on 30 September 2009.

3 Application

This notice applies on and from 1 October 2009.

4 Principal notice amended

This notice amends the Fisheries (Total Allowable Catch) Notice (No 2) 1997.

5 Schedule amended

The item relating to red gurnard in the Schedule is omitted.

Explanatory note

This note is not part of the notice, but is intended to indicate its general effect.

This notice, which comes into force on 30 September 2009, amends the Schedule of the Fisheries (Total Allowable Catch) Notice (No 2) 1997 by omitting the reference to red gurnard.

The total allowable catch for GUR7 is now set in the Fisheries (Total Allowable Catch) Notice 2009.
