Pursuant to sections 2(2) and 75A(5) of the Land Transport Act 1998, the Minister of Police, after consultation with the Minister of Transport and the Minister of Justice, gives the following notice.

This notice is the Land Transport (Certificates of Compliance for Evidential Breath-Testing Device (Seres)) Revocation Notice 2015.
2 Commencement
This notice comes into force on 16 February 2015.
3 Revocation of this notice
This notice is revoked on 16 February 2020.
4 Land Transport (Certificates of Compliance for Evidential Breath-Testing Device (Seres)) Notice 2001 revoked
The Land Transport (Certificates of Compliance for Evidential Breath-Testing Device (Seres)) Notice 2001 (SR 2001/421) is revoked.

Explanatory note
This note is not part of the notice, but is intended to indicate its general effect.
This notice revokes on 16 February 2015 the Land Transport (Certificates of Compliance for Evidential Breath-Testing Device (Seres)) Notice 2001. On that date, the Land Transport (Breath Tests) Notice 2015 replaces the Land Transport (Breath Tests) Notice 2009, and a Seres ceases to be an approved evidential breath-testing device.
