Regulations

1 Title

These regulations are the Land Information New Zealand (Fees and Charges) Amendment Regulations 2010.

2 Commencement

These regulations come into force on 1 July 2010.

3 Principal regulations amended

These regulations amend the Land Information New Zealand (Fees and Charges) Regulations 2003.

4 Schedule amended

(1) The Schedule is amended by revoking Parts 1, 2, and 3 and substituting the Parts 1, 2, and 3 set out in Schedule 1 of these regulations.

(2) Part 7 of the Schedule is amended by inserting the item set out in Schedule 2 of these regulations after item 2.

Explanatory note

This note is not part of the regulations, but is intended to indicate their general effect.

These regulations amend the Land Information New Zealand (Fees and Charges) Regulations 2003.

The amendments—

change the charges payable in relation to digital certificates:
remove annual maintenance charges payable in relation to access to departmental databases:
change the charges payable in relation to searches for cadastral data:
provide for a fee to be payable for lodging plans that are not cadastral survey datasets.

The regulations come into force on 1 July 2010.
