Explanatory note

This note is not part of the notice, but is intended to indicate its general effect.

This notice, which takes effect from 6 August 2010, is made under the Corrections Act 2004. It declares the land described in the Schedule to be a community work centre to be known as the St John Street (Opotiki) Community Work Centre. The Opotiki Centre has been relocated from Moody Place and this notice revokes the notice that constituted the Moody Place (Opotiki) Community Work Centre.
