Pursuant to sections 61 and 62 of the Corporations (Investigation and Management) Act 1989, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting on the advice and with the consent of the Executive Council, makes the following order.

Order
1 Title
This order is the Corporations (Investigation and Management) Order (No 5) 2010.
2 Commencement
This order comes into force at 11.30 am on 25 November 2010.
3 Termination of statutory management of corporations named in Schedule
The corporations named in the Schedule cease to be subject to statutory management at 11.30 am on 25 November 2010.
4 Revival of liquidation of 3 corporations
Richard Dale Agnew and Grant Edward Burns, both of Auckland, Chartered Accountants, are specified as the liquidators of each of CH Finance Limited, ICMG Leasing Limited, and The Independent Creative Management Group Limited.
5 Revocation
The Corporations (Investigation and Management) Order 2003 (SR 2003/136) is revoked.

Explanatory note
This note is not part of the order, but is intended to indicate its general effect.
This order, which comes into force at 11.30 am on 25 November 2010, removes 8 companies from statutory management under the Corporations (Investigation and Management) Act 1989 (the Act). The companies were made subject to statutory management in 2003 by the Corporations (Investigation and Management) Order 2003 (SR 2003/136).
The effect of this order is that, in accordance with section 62(3) of the Act,—
each company named in the order ceases to be subject to statutory management at 11.30 am on 25 November 2010; and
the appointment of the statutory managers in respect of those companies terminates at that time and on that date.
In accordance with section 61(2) of the Act, the liquidations of CH Finance Limited, ICMG Leasing Limited, and The Independent Creative Management Group Limited revive as if they had not ceased. Richard Dale Agnew and Grant Edward Burns, both of Auckland, Chartered Accountants, are specified as the liquidators of each of those companies.
The Corporations (Investigation and Management) Order 2003 is revoked.
