Pursuant to section 2(b) of the Waikato-Tainui Raupatu Claims (Waikato River) Settlement Act 2010 and section 2(2) of the Ngati Tuwharetoa, Raukawa, and Te Arawa River Iwi Waikato River Act 2010, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting on the advice and with the consent of the Executive Council and on the advice of the Minister for Treaty of Waitangi Negotiations, makes the following order.

1 Title
This order is the Waikato-Tainui Raupatu Claims (Waikato River) Settlement Act and Ngati Tuwharetoa, Raukawa, and Te Arawa River Iwi Waikato River Act Commencement Order 2010.
2 Commencement of Waikato-Tainui Raupatu Claims (Waikato River) Settlement Act 2010 and Ngati Tuwharetoa, Raukawa, and Te Arawa River Iwi Waikato River Act 2010
The following provisions come into force on 25 November 2010:
(a) sections 22 to 34, 88 to 91, and 96 and Schedules 4 to 6 and 8 of the Waikato-Tainui Raupatu Claims (Waikato River) Settlement Act 2010; and
(b) the Ngati Tuwharetoa, Raukawa, and Te Arawa River Iwi Waikato River Act 2010, except Parts 1 and 3.

Explanatory note
This note is not part of the order, but is intended to indicate its general effect.
This order brings into force on 25 November 2010 the provisions of the Waikato-Tainui Raupatu Claims (Waikato River) Settlement Act 2010 that were not brought into force on 24 September 2010 by the Waikato-Tainui Raupatu Claims (Waikato River) Settlement Act Commencement Order 2010.
It also brings into force on 25 November 2010 the provisions of the Ngati Tuwharetoa, Raukawa, and Te Arawa River Iwi Waikato River Act 2010 that did not come into force on the day after the Act received Royal assent.
