These regulations are the Traffic Amendment Regulations 2010.

2 Commencement

These regulations come into force on 1 April 2010.

These regulations amend the Traffic Regulations 1976.

Regulations 70, 88, 89, and 90 are revoked.

Explanatory note

This note is not part of the regulations, but is intended to indicate their general effect.

These regulations, which come into force on 1 April 2010, revoke regulations 70, 88, 89, and 90 of the Traffic Regulations 1976. Regulation 70 is revoked to accommodate amendments made to Land Transport Rule: Steering Systems 2001. Regulations 88, 89, and 90 are revoked as they are no longer required.
