The building at 10 Weld Street, Feilding, shown on the plan set out in Schedule 1, and situated on the land described in Part A of Schedule 2, is a community work centre to be known as the Weld Street (Feilding) Community Work Centre.

4 Revocation

The Community Work Centre (Aorangi Street (Feilding)) Notice 1998 (SR 1998/369) is revoked.

Part A

The land containing 1 300 square metres more or less shown on the proposed location plan attached as Appendix Two to the Agreement to Lease made on 22 December 2009 between Weld Street Holdings Limited and Her Majesty the Queen acting by and through the chief executive (a copy of which plan is set out in Schedule 1), being part of the land described in Part B of this schedule.

Part B

All that parcel of land in the Wellington Land Registration District containing 2 640 square metres more or less being Lot 2, Deposited Plan 354864 and being the land comprised and described in Computer Freehold Register WN 223790.

Explanatory note

This notice, which takes effect from 16 December 2010, is made under the Corrections Act 2004. It declares the building at 10 Weld Street, Feilding to be a community work centre to be known as the Weld Street (Feilding) Community Work Centre. The Feilding Centre has been relocated from Aorangi Street and this notice revokes the notice that constituted the Aorangi Street (Feilding) Community Work Centre.
