Order

1 Title

This order is the State Sector (Application of Certain Provisions to Transfer of Functions from Ministry of Fisheries to Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry) Order 2011.

2 Commencement

This order comes into force on 1 July 2011.

3 Ministry of Fisheries omitted from Schedule 1 of State Sector Act 1988

Schedule 1 of the State Sector Act 1988 is amended by omitting the item relating to the Ministry of Fisheries.

4 Application of employee provisions

Sections 30E to 30G of the State Sector Act 1988 apply to the transfer of the functions of the Ministry of Fisheries to the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry.

5 Application of consequential changes to references provisions

Sections 30H and 30I of the State Sector Act 1988 apply to things coming into force, entered into, or created during the transitional period of 60 months, beginning on 1 July 2011 and ending on 30 June 2016, after the transfer of functions specified in clause 4.
