Notice

1 Title

This notice is the Fisheries (High Seas Fishing Notifications—Commission for the Conservation of Southern Bluefin Tuna) Amendment Notice 2011.

2 Commencement

This notice comes into force on the day after the date of its notification in the Gazette.

3 Principal notice amended

This notice amends the Fisheries (High Seas Fishing Notifications—Commission for the Conservation of Southern Bluefin Tuna) Notice 2009.

4 Schedule amended

(1)

Paragraph (b) of the Schedule is amended by inserting “, as amended at the fifth meeting of the Compliance Committee in 2010” after “2008”.

(2)

Paragraph (d) of the Schedule is amended by inserting “, as amended at CCSBT 17 in 2010” after “2008”.

(3)

The Schedule is amended by adding the following paragraph:

(k)

Rules and Procedures for the Protection, Access to, and Dissemination of Data Compiled by the CCSBT (adopted at CCSBT 17 in 2010).

The amendment updates the list of international conservation and management measures that have been adopted by the Commission for the Conservation of Southern Bluefin Tuna.

The notice comes into force on the day after the date of its notification in the Gazette.
