Pursuant to section 2(1) of the Prisoners' and Victims' Claims Amendment Act 2011, Her Excellency the Administrator of the Government, acting on the advice and with the consent of the Executive Council, makes the following order.

This order is the Prisoners' and Victims' Claims Amendment Act 2011 Commencement Order 2011.
2 Commencement of Prisoners' and Victims' Claims Amendment Act 2011
The Prisoners' and Victims' Claims Amendment Act 2011 comes into force on 13 February 2012.

Explanatory note
This note is not part of the order, but is intended to indicate its general effect.
This order brings the Prisoners' and Victims' Claims Amendment Act 2011 into force on 13 February 2012.
That Act amends the definition of order of reparation in section 18(2) of the Prisoners' and Victims' Claims Act 2005.
Issued under the authority of the Acts and Regulations Publication Act 1989.
Date of notification in Gazette: 3 November 2011.
