Pursuant to section 212 of the Summary Proceedings Act 1957, Her Excellency the Administrator of the Government, acting on the advice and with the consent of the Executive Council, makes the following order.

This order is the Summary Proceedings (Electronic Transactions) Rules Revocation Order 2011.
2 Commencement
This order comes into force on 13 February 2012.
3 Revocation
The Summary Proceedings (Electronic Transactions) Rules 2007 (SR 2007/384) are revoked.
