Pursuant to section 2(3) of the Land Transport Amendment Act 2009, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting on the advice and with the consent of the Executive Council, makes the following order.

1 Title
This order is the Land Transport Amendment Act 2009 Commencement Order 2011.
2 Commencement of sections 32(2), (3), (5) to (15), and (18), 33, 34, and 35(1) and (4) to (8)
Sections 32(2), (3), (5) to (15), and (18), 33, 34, and 35(1) and (4) to (8) of the Land Transport Amendment Act 2009 come into force on 1 May 2011.

Explanatory note
This note is not part of the order, but is intended to indicate its general effect.
This order brings into force, on 1 May 2011, sections 32(2), (3), (5) to (15), and (18), 33, 34, and 35(1) and (4) to (8) of the Land Transport Amendment Act 2009.
Date of notification in Gazette: 31 March 2011.
