Finance Act (Appointment of Date for Vesting of Undertaking of Trust Bank Wanganui in Trust Bank Eastern and Central) Order 1988: revoked, on 12 May 2011, by clause 3 of the Regulatory Reform (Revocations) Order 2011 (SR 2011/99).

This order is administered by the Reserve Bank of New Zealand.
Pursuant to Part 2 of the Finance Act 1988, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby appoints the 15th day of July 1988 as the date on which the undertaking of Trust Bank Wanganui shall, by virtue of that Part of that Act, vest in Trust Bank Eastern and Central.

Explanatory note
This note is not part of the order, but is intended to indicate its general effect.
Section 9 of the Finance Act 1988 provides that on a date to be appointed by the Governor-General by Order in Council the undertaking (as that term is defined) of Trust Bank Wanganui shall, by virtue of Part 2 of that Act, vest in Trust Bank Eastern and Central.
This order appoints 15 July 1988 as the date on which the undertaking of Trust Bank Wanganui shall vest in Trust Bank Eastern and Central.
