Reporting Centres Notice (No 3) 1989: revoked, on 12 May 2011, by clause 3 of the Regulatory Reform (Revocations) Order 2011 (SR 2011/99).

Pursuant to subsections (2) and (4) of section 126 of the Criminal Justice Act 1985, the Minister of Justice hereby gives the following notice.

1 Title and commencement

(1) This notice may be cited as the Reporting Centres Notice (No 3) 1989.
(2) This notice shall take effect from the 1st day of October 1989.

Regulation 2: revoked on 9 September 1992) by regulation 3 of the Reporting Centre (Westport) Notice 1992 (SR 1992/251).
3 Amendments
-
(1) The Reporting Centres Notice 1979 (SR 1979/217) is hereby amended—
(a) by omitting from clause 2(1) the expression
“4”
, and substituting the expression“3”
:
(b) by revoking so much of Schedule 1 to the notice as relates to the land thirdly described in that Schedule.
(2) The Reporting Centres Notice 1985 (SR 1985/25) is hereby amended—
(a) by omitting from clause 2 the expression
“4”
, and substituting the expression“3”
:
(b) by revoking so much of the Schedule to the notice as relates to the land thirdly described in that Schedule.
