Reporting Centre (Picton) Notice 1990: revoked, on 12 May 2011, by clause 3 of the Regulatory Reform (Revocations) Order 2011 (SR 2011/99).

Pursuant to section 126(2) of the Criminal Justice Act 1985, the Minister of Justice hereby gives the following notice.
Notice
1 Title and commencement
-
(1) This notice may be cited as the Reporting Centre (Picton) Notice 1990.
(2) This notice shall take effect from the 21st day of December 1990.
2 Constitution of reporting centre
The land described in the Schedule to this notice is hereby declared to be a reporting centre to be used with and for the purposes of the Charles Street (Blenheim) Work Centre (SR 1987/329).

All that area shown on the plan marked Leg 28-2-2, held in the Head Office of the Department of Corrections, and thereon marked yellow; being part of that piece of land in the Marlborough Land District containing 1056 square metres, more or less, situated in the Borough of Picton, being Lot 1, Deposited Plan 6046, and being all the land comprised and described in certificate of title, Volume 4A, folio 110, Marlborough Registry.
Schedule: amended, on 1 October 1995, by section 12(2) of the Department of Justice (Restructuring) Act 1995 (1995 No 39).
