Wellington Airport Act Order 1992: revoked, on 12 May 2011, by clause 3 of the Regulatory Reform (Revocations) Order 2011 (SR 2011/99).

This order is administered by the Ministry of Transport.
Pursuant to section 6 of the Wellington Airport Act 1990, her Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby makes the following order.
Order
1 Title
This order may be cited as the Wellington Airport Act Order 1992.
2 Expiry of section 5 of Wellington Airport Act 1990
Section 5 of the Wellington Airport Act 1990 shall expire with the close of 30 April 1992.

Explanatory note
This note is not part of the order, but is intended to indicate its general effect.
This order appoints 30 April 1992 as the date on which section 5 of the Wellington Airport Act 1990 expires. Section 5 prohibits the issue, allotment, sale, or other disposition of shares in Wellington International Airport Limited to any person or body other than the Crown, a local authority, or Airways Corporation of New Zealand Limited.
