1 Title
This order is the Public Finance (New Zealand Venture Investment Fund Limited) Order 2003.
2 Commencement
This order comes into force on the 28th day after the date of its notification in the Gazette.
3 Amendment to Fourth, Fifth, and Sixth Schedules of Public Finance Act 1989
The Fourth, Fifth, and Sixth Schedulesof the Public Finance Act 1989 are amended by inserting, after the item relating to the
“New Zealand Trade Development Board”
, the item“New Zealand Venture Investment Fund Limited”
.

Explanatory note
This note is not part of the order, but is intended to indicate its general effect.
This order, which comes into force on the 28th day after the date of its notification in the Gazette, adds New Zealand Venture Investment Fund Limited to the Fourth, Fifth, and Sixth Schedulesof the Public Finance Act 1989. Adding New Zealand Venture Investment Fund Limited to these schedules effectively makes it a Crown company.
