Revocation of Customs Import Prohibition (Sanctions) Order: revoked, on 12 May 2011, by clause 3 of the Regulatory Reform (Revocations) Order 2011 (SR 2011/99).

This order is administered by the Customs Department.
PURSUANT to the Customs Act 1966, Her Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, by this order, which shall come into force on the 24th day of June 1994, revokes the Orders in Council set out in the Schedule to this Order.

Explanatory note
This note is not part of the order, but is intended to indicate its general effect.
This order, which comes into force on 24 June 1994, revokes the Customs Import Prohibition (Sanctions) Order 1987, which prohibits the importation of certain goods from the Republic of South Africa.
