State-Owned Enterprises (Crown Forestry Management Limited) Order 1996: revoked, on 12 May 2011, by clause 3 of the Regulatory Reform (Revocations) Order 2011 (SR 2011/99).

PURSUANT to section 30A of the State-Owned Enterprises Act 1986 (as inserted by section 3 of the State-Owned Enterprises Amendment Act 1994), His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, and on the recommendation of the Minister for State Owned Enterprises (that Minister being satisfied that the name of the State enterprise known as New Zealand Forestry Corporation Limited has been changed to Crown Forestry Management Limited and that a certificate of incorporation recording that change of name and dated 23 November 1995 has been issued to that State enterprise under section 32A(2)(b) of the Companies Act 1955), hereby makes the following order.

1 Title and commencement

(1) This order may be cited as the State-Owned Enterprises (Crown Forestry Management Limited) Order 1996.
(2) This order shall come into force on the day after the date of its notification in the Gazette.
Change of name of New Zealand Forestry Corporation Limited
2 Amendment to State-Owned Enterprises Act 1986
The State-Owned Enterprises Act 1986 is hereby amended by omitting from Schedule 1, and also from Schedule 2, the expression
“New Zealand Forestry Corporation Limited”
, and substituting in each case the expression“Crown Forestry Management Limited”
.
3 Amendments to other Acts
The enactments specified in the Schedule to this Act are hereby amended in the manner indicated in that schedule.

Explanatory note
This note is not part of the order, but is intended to indicate its general effect.
This order, which is consequential on a change in the name of the State enterprise known as New Zealand Forestry Corporation Limited, amends a number of Acts by omitting references to New Zealand Forestry Corporation Limited, and substituting references to Crown Forestry Management Limited.
