Guardianship Amendment Act Commencement Order 1996: revoked, on 12 May 2011, by clause 3 of the Regulatory Reform (Revocations) Order 2011 (SR 2011/99).

PURSUANT to section 1(2) of the Guardianship Amendment Act 1995, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby makes the following order.
1 Title
This order may be cited as the Guardianship Amendment Act Commencement Order 1996.
2 Commencement of Guardianship Amendment Act 1995
The Guardianship Amendment Act 1995 shall come into force on the 1st day of July 1996.
