A Proclamation
Coinage Proclamation 1965: revoked, on 12 May 2011, by clause 3 of the Regulatory Reform (Revocations) Order 2011 (SR 2011/99).

PURSUANT to the Coinage Act 1933, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim as follows:

(1) This proclamation may be cited as the Coinage Proclamation 1965.
(2) This proclamation shall come into force on 3 May 1965.

All half-crown coins, whether British coins or New Zealand coins, are hereby called in except New Zealand coins made and issued after the year 1964.
