Penal Institutions Notice (No 4) 1965: revoked, on 12 May 2011, by clause 3 of the Regulatory Reform (Revocations) Order 2011 (SR 2011/99).

PURSUANT to the Penal Institutions Act 1954, the Minister of Justice hereby gives the following notice.

This notice may be cited as the Penal Institutions Notice (No 4) 1965.

(1) That part of the Penal Institutions Notice (No 3) 19591 which declares the police station at Rotorua to be a police jail is hereby revoked.
(2) Clause 4 of the Penal Institutions Notice (No 3) 1959 is hereby consequentially amended by omitting the word
“Rotorua,”
