Electricity (Information Disclosure) Regulations Revocation Order 2004: revoked, on 12 May 2011, by clause 3 of the Regulatory Reform (Revocations) Order 2011 (SR 2011/99).

This order is administered in the Ministry of Economic Development.
Pursuant to section 14(2) of the Electricity Amendment Act 2001 and section 169(1)(32) of the Electricity Act 1992, Her Excellency the Governor-General, acting on the advice and with the consent of the Executive Council, makes the following order.
1 Title
This order is the Electricity (Information Disclosure) Regulations Revocation Order 2004.
2 Commencement
This order comes into force on 6 April 2004.
3 Revocation
The Electricity (Information Disclosure) Regulations 1999 (SR 1999/82) are revoked.

Explanatory note
This note is not part of the order, but is intended to indicate its general effect.
This order, which comes into force on 6 April 2004, revokes the Electricity (Information Disclosure) Regulations 1999.
The Commerce Commission is now required, under Part 4A of the Commerce Act 1986, to require large electricity line owners and distributors to disclose information concerning their business. Therefore, Commerce Commission requirements will now replace the revoked regulations.
