Ministry of Energy Resources Act Commencement Order 1972: revoked, on 1 April 1978, pursuant to section 19(1)(a) of the Ministry of Energy Act 1977 (1977 No 33).

PURSUANT to the Ministry of Energy Resources Act 1972, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby makes the following order.
1 Title
This order may be cited as the Ministry of Energy Resources Act Commencement Order 1972.
2 Commencement of the Ministry of Energy Resources Act 1972
The Ministry of Energy Resources Act 1972 shall come into force on the 6th day of October 1972.
