Hutt Valley Drainage Board Notice 1973: revoked, on 12 May 2011, by clause 3 of the Regulatory Reform (Revocations) Order 2011 (SR 2011/99).

Pursuant to section 7A of the Hutt Valley Drainage Act 1967, the Minister of Internal Affairs hereby gives the following notice.
Notice
1 Title and commencement
-
(1) This notice may be cited as the Hutt Valley Drainage Board Notice 1973.
(2) This notice shall come into force on the day after the date of its notification in the Gazette.
2 Changing representation
-
(1) Subsection (1) of section 6 of the Hutt Valley Drainage Act 1967 (as substituted by section 2(1) of the Hutt Valley Drainage Amendment Act 1971) is hereby amended—
(a) by omitting from paragraph (a) the word
“Five”
, and substituting the word“Six”
:
(b) by omitting from paragraph (b) the word
“Two”
, and substituting the word“Three”
:
(c) by omitting from paragraph (e) the words
“Three persons”
, and substituting the words“One person”
:
(d) by omitting from paragraph (e) the word
“representatives”
and substituting the words“a representative”
.
(2) Two representatives of the Hutt County Council shall retire from office on the commencement of this notice.
