PURSUANT to the New Zealand Superannuation Act 1974, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby makes the following order.

  • This order may be cited as the New Zealand Superannuation Act Commencement Order 1974.

2 Commencement of Act

  • The New Zealand Superannuation Act 1974 shall come into force on the date of the making of this order.
