  • Mining Amendment Act Commencement Order 1977: revoked, on 1 October 1991, pursuant to section 120(1) of the Crown Minerals Act 1991 (1991 No 70).

This order is administered in the Mines Department.

PURSUANT to the Mining Amendment Act 1975, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby makes the following order.

  • This order may be cited as the Mining Amendment Act Commencement Order 1977.

2 Commencement

  • Section 3 of, and the Schedule to, the Mining Amendment Act 1975 shall come into force on the 1st day of May 1977.
