Community Work Centre (Brisbane Street) Notice 1977: revoked, on 12 May 2011, by clause 3 of the Regulatory Reform (Revocations) Order 2011 (SR 2011/99).
Notice title: amended, on 1 September 1993, pursuant to section 47(6) of the Criminal Justice Amendment Act 1993 (1993 No 43).

Pursuant to the Criminal Justice Act 1954, the Minister of Justice hereby gives the following notice.

1 Title and commencement

(1) This notice may be cited as the Reporting Centre (Brisbane Street) Notice 1977.
(2) This notice shall take effect from the 15th day of May 1977.
2 Constitution of reporting centre
The land described in the Schedule to this notice is hereby declared to be a reporting centre to be used with and for the purposes of the Brisbane Street Work Centre.

All that parcel of land in the Canterbury Land District, containing 19.2 perches, more or less, situated in the Borough of Kaiapoi, being Rural Section 39906, and being the whole of the land comprised and described in Deferred Payment Licence, Volume 11K folio 174, Canterbury Registry.
Date of notification in Gazette: 12 May 1977.
