1 Title

This order is the Public Finance (Transfers Between Outputs) Order 2013.

2 Commencement

This order comes into force on 30 June 2013.

Order: confirmed, on 8 March 2014, by section 5 of the Appropriation (2012/13 Financial Review) Act 2014 (2014 No 5).

3 Vote Defence Force

(1) The following amounts—

(a) were appropriated for output expense appropriations in Vote Defence Force for the financial year ending on 30 June 2013; and

(b) are directed to be transferred to the output expense appropriations in Vote Defence Force set out in subclause (2):
