Explanatory note

This note is not part of the notice, but is intended to indicate its general effect.

This notice, which takes effect from 12 July 2012, is made under the Corrections Act 2004. It declares the land described in the Schedule to be a community work centre to be known as the Bairds Road (Otara) Community Work Centre. The Otara centre has been relocated from Lovegrove Crescent to Bairds Road and this notice revokes the notice that constituted the Lovegrove Crescent (Otara) Community Work Centre.
