Explanatory note

This note is not part of the notice, but is intended to indicate its general effect.

This notice, which takes effect from 12 July 2012, is made under the Corrections Act 2004. It declares the land described in the Schedule to be a community work centre to be known as the Haszard Street (Waihi) Community Work Centre. The Waihi centre has been relocated from Kenny Street to Haszard Street and this notice revokes the notice that constituted the Kenny Street (Waihi) Community Work Centre.
