Pursuant to sections 400 to 402 of the Immigration Act 2009, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting on the advice and with the consent of the Executive Council, makes the following regulations.

1 Title
These regulations are the Immigration (Visa, Entry Permission, and Related Matters) Amendment Regulations (No 4) 2012.
2 Commencement
These regulations come into force on 24 August 2012.
3 Principal regulations
These regulations amend the Immigration (Visa, Entry Permission, and Related Matters) Regulations 2010 (the principal regulations).
4 Schedule 4 amended
In Schedule 4, item relating to regulation 10(1) and (2)(e)(iia), item relating to temporary entry class visa application—limited visa: any other category, replace
“135”
with“130”
.

Explanatory note
This note is not part of the regulations, but is intended to indicate their general effect.
These regulations, which come into force on 24 August 2012, amend Schedule 4 of the Immigration (Visa, Entry Permission, and Related Matters) Regulations 2010 to change from $135 to $130 the Pacific fee for the following item: temporary entry class visa application—limited visa: any other category.
Date of notification in Gazette: 23 August 2012.
These regulations are administered by the Ministry of Business, Innovation, and Employment.
