This notice, which takes effect from 13 December 2012, is made under the Corrections Act 2004. The Department of Corrections has renamed the Wanganui (Kaitoke) Prison as Whanganui Prison and this notice confirms that change of name. The notice also provides a new legal description of the prison that includes an additional parcel of land.
