These regulations are the Accident Compensation (Liability to Pay or Contribute to Cost of Treatment) Amendment Regulations 2013.

These regulations come into force on 19 June 2013.

These regulations amend the regulations that were previously called the Injury Prevention, Rehabilitation, and Compensation (Liability to Pay or Contribute to Cost of Treatment) Regulations 2003 (the principal regulations).

(1) After the commencement of this regulation,—

• (a) the principal regulations are called the Accident Compensation (Liability to Pay or Contribute to Cost of Treatment) Regulations 2003; and

• (b) a reference in another enactment or in a document to the Injury Prevention, Rehabilitation, and Compensation (Liability to Pay or Contribute to Cost of Treatment) Regulations 2003 must be read as a reference to the Accident Compensation (Liability to Pay or Contribute to Cost of Treatment) Regulations 2003, unless the context requires otherwise.

(2) In regulation 1, replace “Injury Prevention, Rehabilitation, and Compensation” with “Accident Compensation”.

(1) In regulation 13(2)(a)(i), replace “$32.52” with “$36.87”.
