Pursuant to section 2 of the Cultural Property (Protection in Armed Conflict) Act 2012, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting on the advice and with the consent of the Executive Council, makes the following order.

Explanatory note

This order brings the Cultural Property (Protection in Armed Conflict) Act 2012 into force on 1 July 2013.
