Pursuant to section 73 of the Trans-Tasman Mutual Recognition Act 1997, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting on the advice and with the consent of the Executive Council, makes the following regulations.

1 Title
These regulations are the Trans-Tasman Mutual Recognition (Occupations Tribunal) Amendment Regulations 2013.
2 Commencement
These regulations come into force on 1 July 2013.
3 Principal regulations
These regulations amend the Trans-Tasman Mutual Recognition (Occupations Tribunal) Regulations 1998 (the principal regulations).
4 Regulation 4 amended (Fee payable in respect of application)
In regulation 4(1), replace
“$500”
with“$600”
.
5 Schedule amended
In the Schedule, replace the text below the heading “This form once completed is to be filed with:” with:
“The Registrar

Explanatory note
This note is not part of the regulations, but is intended to indicate their general effect.
These regulations, which come into force on 1 July 2013, amend the Trans-Tasman Mutual Recognition (Occupations Tribunal) Regulations 1998 to increase from $500 to $600 the fee for making an application under section 42 of the Trans-Tasman Mutual Recognition Act 1997, and to adjust the filing address for an application for a review of a decision of a local registration authority. The amendment implements a change to civil fees as a result of the civil fees review by the Ministry of Justice.
